I had an outstanding experience with Championship Collision. The owner, Sam, was phenomenal and went above and beyond to take care of my car during a time when I really needed help. His professionalism, communication, and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about their customers and takes pride in their work. Sam treated me with respect, kept me informed, and made sure everything was handled the right way. I highly recommend Championship Collision to anyone looking for quality work and excellent customer service!

I had a really disappointing & strange experience at Champion Collision in Grand Prairie, Texas, last Saturday, 4/18/26 at about 12:30-ish, 1pm. After briefly talking to the gentleman/representative that was sitting inside the office on the back right hand side of the main counter, he told me to go to an ATM to get cash for a trunk repair he had just assessed. I returned with the cash in about 10 minutes, only to find the shop completely closed with no communication or warning. I was left confused and out of luck. All of the positive reviews were read beforehand, but I wouldn’t recommend this shop based on this experience.

First time to have a vehicle repaired here. They did an excellent job on my son's pickup. They were very professional, easy to talk to and understood what needed to be done. They dealt with the insurance company so I didnt have to worry about it. After truck was repaired, had an issue with the new headlight on the side that was damaged. They took it back into the shop and resolved the issue. Truck looks great and my son and I appreciate all they did in a timely manner. There was few things they didnt really have to do but did them anyway. I would recommend Champion Collision to anyone who has damage to their vehicle.

I was absolutely blown away by the excellent customer service and care provided by Champion Collision Repair. I worked with Joe and was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism as it came to seeking a repair of the driver side doors of my 2014 Jeep Cherokee which were damage from a hit and run incident. I received an honest and reasonable quote for the repair without feeling pressured. The job was done in a timely fashion and now my vehicle looks like the damage never happened. I am beyond pleased with the service that was provided and HIGHLY recommend Champion Collision Repair!
